payment issues

I am having payment issues! My bank account is showing multiple payments have been taken but I only want one order.

If you’ve tried to place an order, it may look like we have taken payment for a failed transaction. This is particularly likely if the transaction says it has failed. 99% of the time, this payment hasn’t actually been taken. When you try and put an order through, your bank checks that the funds are in you account. From there, they pre-authorise the money. This means that sometimes, it may look like the money has left your account. However, if you don’t have an order confirmation, the money will bounce back into your account in a few days. Payment issues can be quickly sorted if you contact us.

However, if the money isn’t back in your bank account within 7 days, feel free to get in contact with us.

We regret that we are unable to refund or exchange any bonsai after 7 days of delivery. This is because they are live plants and we find that after this time they have been out of our care for too long. However, we are always here to help, so contact us and send a photo using the button below. Thank you for your understanding.
