Birthday Present
I bought this for a friend’s 60 th Birthday present. I requested a delivery straight to her house. Unfortunately the delivery driver went to the wrong place and the tree wasn’t delivered. I rang up Bonsai Direct and was advised the driver would re-deliver the tree at 6pm. I was very annoyed that this didn’t happen. I rang the delivery company myself and was promised the delivery would be made first thing the next morning.
I’m happy to say the delivery was made and my friends is very happy with her present
