About the Species — Carmona (Fukien Tea)

The Carmona microphylla, also known as the Fukien Tea tree, is one of the most graceful indoor flowering bonsai species. Its tiny glossy leaves, compact structure, and small white blooms in summer give it a calm, timeless appeal. Perfect for desks, windowsills, or quiet living spaces, it brings natural brightness into any room.

Care Summary

• Light: Place in a bright indoor location; avoid hot midday sun through glass.

• Watering: Keep the soil evenly moist — not dry, not soaked. Use the drip tray to protect furniture.

• Feeding: Use the provided fertiliser at the recommended dilution during the active growing season.

• Pruning: Pinch back fresh new shoots to maintain a tidy, compact structure.

A printed care guide is included to help new owners get started with confidence.
