Description

Flowering Fukien Tea Tree – Christmas Indoor Bonsai Starter Kit

Give a beautiful, meaningful Christmas gift with this elegant 8-year-old flowering Fukien Tea Tree (Carmona microphylla). This delightful indoor bonsai displays a graceful S-shaped trunk, glossy dark green leaves, and dainty white summer flowers that bloom in delicate waves. Styled with care and grown with expertise, it makes a charming seasonal present for beginners and plant lovers alike.

Please note: This listing uses a generic photograph. Your bonsai will be very similar, but each tree has its own natural character.

A Beautifully Presented Flowering Indoor Christmas Bonsai

This Christmas edition bonsai gift set pairs the refined Fukien Tea Tree with a classic blue ceramic pot. Its trunk twists gently upward, creating a soft, artistic flow that suits any home or office. The glossy leaves often show subtle white speckles, adding even more interest to this naturally decorative species.

The kit includes a dark-coloured drip tray to create a neat, stable display. A small bottle of bonsai fertiliser and a pair of bonsai scissors are included so the recipient can enjoy shaping and nurturing their tree. A festive wooden “Merry Christmas” hanging tag finishes the presentation with a warm seasonal touch.

A Bonsai Full of Symbolism and Seasonal Meaning

The Fukien Tea Tree is admired for its peaceful beauty, small star-shaped flowers, and gentle, elegant form. In many cultures, Carmona microphylla symbolises courage, heart, love, and devotion. These meanings sit beautifully alongside the themes of Christmas, making this bonsai a thoughtful gift for someone special.

The tree blooms in soft flushes during the summer months. Because the flowers appear gradually rather than all at once, the blooming period often lasts longer, offering a delightful display that feels gentle and uplifting.
