This characterful 10-year-old Jade Money Tree Bonsai (Portulacaria afra) has a wonderfully strong structure and a particularly lush, balanced appearance. Its substantial lower trunk creates an impressive foundation before naturally forking into two evenly proportioned main stems. Recently repotted into a brand new forest green oval ceramic bonsai pot with matching drip tray.

Position
Keep your Jade Money Tree indoors in a cool, bright room with plenty of natural light. A position close to a bright window is ideal. Avoid placing the tree directly beside a radiator or other intense heat source.
Watering
Because the Jade Tree stores moisture within its succulent leaves and stems, it needs less frequent watering than many other indoor bonsai.
Allow the compost to dry between waterings before watering thoroughly. Avoid keeping the soil permanently wet and never leave the tree standing in water.
