We have selected this specific make due to the quality and value of the tool. There are cheaper options available, but we find these tools a most excellent quality for the cost. Even more expensive stainless steal tools vary dramatically in quality and can be extremely expensive. Cheaper Stainless products seem very poor quality in our experience.
