Description

Zodiac Sign Gifts – 12-Year-Old Fruiting Chinese Sweet Plum Bonsai

Searching for meaningful zodiac sign gifts that feel lasting and personal? This mature 12-year-old Chinese Sweet Plum bonsai offers a distinctive astrology-inspired present with real presence and character. Rather than a short-lived gift, this is a living tree that continues to grow in beauty and symbolism year after year.

Carefully nurtured on our nursery, this established Sageretia theezans features a textured, red-toned trunk with natural twists and movement. Its vibrant green foliage creates a balanced canopy, while in season it may produce delicate flowers followed by small plum-like fruits. As a result, it offers seasonal interest alongside year-round structure. The summer foliage colours are simply sensational!

Rich Symbolism for Zodiac Gifting

The Sweet Plum symbolises protection, creativity, new beginnings, and warm wishes. Therefore, it aligns perfectly with zodiac sign gifts designed to mark a fresh chapter or celebrate a birthday. At twelve years old, this bonsai already carries maturity and depth, making it especially impressive as a milestone gift.

Personalised Star Sign Detail

To transform this into a truly tailored astrology present, we include a glazed zodiac pebble. You can select the appropriate star sign before adding to your basket, allowing the bonsai to reflect the recipient’s horoscope in a subtle and elegant way.

Complete Bonsai Kit – Ready to Enjoy

This beginner-friendly bonsai tree arrives planted in a classic mid-blue ceramic pot, complemented by an optional drip tray for practical surface protection.

In addition, the kit includes:
• Bottle of bonsai feed
• Pair of pruning scissors

Consequently, the recipient has everything needed to begin caring for their bonsai with confidence from day one.

Please note: Each bonsai is individually grown and shaped, so the exact trunk movement, branching, and character may vary slightly from the images shown.

Bonsai Variety

The Chinese Sweet Plum (Sageretia theezans) is a pretty indoor bonsai which has great character at an early age due to the flaky bark revealing tones of red/tan. The stunning foliage has hints of rusty red turning to glossy green. Small white flowers give rise to tiny plum-shaped fruits. A really pretty bonsai and great for beginners.
