This stunning 19-year-old Chinese Elm bonsai (Ulmus parvifolia) stands proudly at approximately 40cm in height and radiates both strength and elegance. It is presented in a cream glazed oval ceramic pot with a matching drip tray – a timeless choice that complements its rich textures and balanced form.
The trunk flow is truly exceptional, rising from a thick, powerful root flare with a solid, chunky base. Its bark has begun to develop a cork-like texture, a sign of maturity and age that gives this bonsai a dignified, established presence. The three-dimensional movement of the trunk is captivating from every angle, while the carefully shaped foliage pads are compact, highly ramified, and perfectly neat.
