This 30 year old Chinese Elm bonsai has not got a great shape, nor is it very refined or artistic. Holly has decided that she wants to completely strip this bonsai back to basics including removing unwanted branches and re-directing others. She will be giving this bonsai a very hard prune to allow her to improve the ramification and refinement.
