We’re proud to offer FREE next working day delivery to most UK addresses when you order before 3:15pm. Or, for extra peace of mind, you can choose your delivery date at checkout — perfect for scheduling Christmas gifts to arrive exactly when you want them.
Our courier partners (DPD) will send you a 1-hour delivery slot on the morning of delivery, and you’ll receive updates by text and email so you always know when your bonsai is on its way. You can even reply to change the delivery date, leave it with a neighbour, or nominate a safe place. Smaller parcels and deliveries to the Highlands and Islands are made by Royal Mail as this is a faster delivery service to these areas. It is tracked and you will be sent updates about delivery direct from Royal Mail.
🎅 Christmas Delivery — How It Works
- Last order date before Christmas: You can order right up until 3:15pm on Tuesday 23rd December 2025.
- Last delivery date: We deliver 7 days a week up to and including Christmas Eve (Wednesday 24th December).
- Deliveries between Christmas & New Year: Yes — we deliver every day except bank holidays (Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year’s Day).
- Choose your delivery date: Simply select your preferred date on the checkout calendar. You can also choose AM delivery or weekend delivery for just £8.99.
If you’re ordering early for Christmas, your bonsai will be perfectly happy in its box for up to five days. When it arrives, simply keep it at normal room temperature and open it near Christmas Day to enjoy it at its best.
📦 Safe, Secure & Beautifully Packaged
Each bonsai is lovingly grown, carefully wrapped, and securely boxed using bespoke protective packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. All bonsai gifts include a printed care guide and optional gift wrap and personalisation.
If you’re gifting close to Christmas Day, your bonsai will stay safe in its box until the big day — just make sure to open it if it arrives earlier than the 20th, to let in some natural light and keep the soil slightly damp.
