Impressive service from BD (hope they are reading this!). Bought beginners bonsai for my two daughters to cheer them up during lockdown. Arrived on their doorsteps within a few days (London 2 days, south west France 3 days!). Both very complementary about the packing (10/10 or more!) and of course the contents!
