Best Sellers - Expert Overview by Holly Noall
Holly Noall’s journey with bonsai began when she started pruning, shaping, and nurturing these miniature trees as soon as she could walk. Her innate talent and obvious passion for bonsai cultivation have been evident since childhood, blossoming into a lifelong pursuit.
“These bonsai are fun to grow and easy to care for whilst showing the work my team and I have dedicated to them. Pruning, watering and shaping are just a few aspects of care that these bonsai have received with us”. Whether you are looking for a new hobby to grow on and re-style, or you would like a ready-made living ornament to brighten up your space; there is a bestselling bonsai for everyone.
The best sellers include a range of different bonsai at different times. However, all bonsai in this range are beginner friendly. “These bonsai only require a basic level of care to maintain them. Just a little tip, the older the bonsai, the easier they are to care for as they are more established.”
“To keep the price of these bonsai more affordable, they have been potted in our standard ceramic pots. These pots are handmade and hand-glazed, therefore there are small blemishes at times. However, any firing marks or small imperfections do not compromise the integrity of the pot.” Our generic range bonsai all come in what Holly calls “standard” pots; our Premium Indoor Bonsai come potted in much higher quality pots.
“Did you know that the smallest Bonsai tree with a pending Guinness Record listing – the micro-bonsai is an Acer Momiji?” Whilst we don’t have any record holding bonsai, this range does include a variety of sized trees.
Holly and the admin team keep in close communication regarding the best sellers to ensure that everything is kept up to date. “Some species like the Chinese Elm and the Fukien Tea Tree will always be bestselling bonsai. Although, as trends change and the time of year differs, we often see a rotation in our best sellers.” During spring / summer, we tend to see a rise in popularity for our flowering bonsai.
Bonsai expert Holly literally grew up with a pair of bonsai scissors in her hand. As Lloyd’s eldest daughter, Holly has benefitted from growing up on the nursery. Despite being in her early twenties, Holly already has many years of bonsai experience under her belt. She is passionate about the environment and environmental issues and wants to continue the journey her parents have started.
