Christmas Shoebox Appeal 2016 at Bonsai Direct

It may only be October but we are getting organised here at the offices of Bonsai Direct.
This weekend we shopped for lots of goodies for the charity shoeboxes for the Christmas shoebox appeal.
With a little help from my friendly elves a Bonsai Direct we collected shoeboxes (thank you Clarks Shoeshop) and filled them with lots of goodies from pens and paper, toothbrushes, sweet and toys.
Consequently, they have been wrapped and are ready for delivery. I’m not sure if Father Christmas delivers them personally or if he has a little help from the couriers.
Here are a couple of links from organisations who would love you to get involved with the Christmas shoebox appeal:

The Christmas Shoebox Appeal is a charitable initiative that collects and distributes gift-filled shoeboxes to children and families in need during the Christmas season. Individuals and organisations fill shoeboxes to bring joy and support to less fortunate communities. These are usually filled with toys, school supplies, hygiene items, and other small gifts. These heartfelt donations are a symbol of compassion and solidarity, spreading holiday cheer to those who may be experiencing hardship. Finally, you can find more about what to include, the ages you can donate to and more at the above charities.
