99% of orders arrive on the selected date. If you need help with a delivery, please call DPD:

0121 275 0500

If you have requested Monday delivery, DPD may try to deliver over the weekend to keep on top of parcels. You can control the delivery date once you have received your 1-hour time slot.

Do you individually photograph your indoor bonsai?

We individually photograph some of our indoor bonsai. Take a look at our Premium bonsai Range to find individually photographed bonsai. Furthermore, this range of bonsai represent the best quality of bonsai.

We don’t individually photograph other indoor bonsai. However, they will be similar to the photograph shown. We are unable to individually photograph bonsai which are not in our Premium Range, so please don’t ask!

Do you individually photograph your outdoor bonsai?

We individually photograph nearly all of the bonsai in our outdoor range. Variation from the photograph will be indicated in the product description.
