The bonsai I wanted to buy is out of stock. Will you have more?

When you buy a bonsai online, it is important you ensure you are buying the correct one. The products available on our website change daily. Some items may have sold out, or have gone through their annual leaf drop. There is ever only one of each Premium range bonsai, but our generic bonsai are likely to be restocked. Sometimes this may take a while depending on the time of year and the bonsai growth.

If the bonsai that you were looking at is no longer available, then we regret that this bonsai has most likely sold out. However, please keep an eye on our website, as we are also adding products daily, and you may find something else you like the look of!

We regret that we are unable to notify customers when a product comes back in to stock. This is because the new GDPR regulations mean that we are unable to store unnecessary data. The best thing to do is keep an eye on our website, or sign up to our news-letter.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend ordering any bonsai you are interested in as soon as possible!

We regret that we are unable to refund or exchange any bonsai after 7 days of delivery. This is because they are live plants and we find that after this time they have been out of our care for too long. However, we are always here to help, so contact us and send a photo using the button below. Thank you for your understanding.
