Holly Noall has been pruning, shaping and growing bonsai since she was able to take her first steps. She showed a real talent, alongside pure passion, for bonsai cultivation which has flourished throughout her life.

These discounted bonsai have been grown by Holly and her team. They have undergone years of shaping, styling and repotting, in addition to the regular pruning and watering. They have received lots of care and attention throughout this time. “To be able to offer you excellent quality bonsai at these prices, they do not receive the intense styling work that our Premium range does.”

“Generally speaking, these bonsai are great for beginners as each variety in this collection requires a basic level of care to look after them. However, the older the bonsai, the better established it is, which ultimately means that the older bonsai trees are easier to care for.” You also will find complete kits; they can be added as an additional extra if they are not included with your chosen offer.

“The standard pots are our more budget friendly pot. They have been handmade, therefore sometimes they contain small blemishes or firing marks. Integrally, they are good, but they are not a top quality pots”. Any bonsai purchased from Bonsai Direct will be delivered in a pot. Unless stated otherwise, our generic range bonsai come potted in what Holly calls “standard” pots.

Bonsai expert Holly literally grew up with a pair of bonsai scissors in her hand. As Lloyd’s eldest daughter, Holly has benefitted from growing up on the nursery. Despite being in her early twenties, Holly already has many years of bonsai experience under her belt. She is passionate about the environment and environmental issues and wants to continue the journey her parents have started.
