I ordered this late on Monday for a gift and received on Wednesday in a box. The delivery service and notification was great. The tree looks good a couple of leaves are slightly damaged but I can't imagine that is in transit as the tree is wrapped in bubble wrap which stops it moving around in the box.This is the second tree we have ordered from you both with the care kit and it may not be the last...Would definitely recommend you and use again x
