99% of orders arrive on the selected date. If you need help with a delivery, please call DPD:

If you have requested Monday delivery, DPD may try to deliver over the weekend to keep on top of parcels. You can control the delivery date once you have received your 1-hour time slot.

Our Order Confirmations are delivered straight to your email address.

We do not include your receipt in the box!

At Bonsai Direct, we know many customers choose our trees as gifts for friends, family, or colleagues. Because of this, we never include a receipt or invoice in the box. This allows you to send a bonsai directly to the recipient without showing any prices or order details. It helps create a more personal and thoughtful unboxing experience.

We focus on presentation as much as the tree itself. When your bonsai arrives, the recipient sees only the tree and its packaging. They can simply enjoy the gift without any distractions. This makes our bonsai ideal for birthdays, celebrations, or corporate gifting.

If you need a receipt or invoice, you can easily access it by email. We send all order confirmations and purchase details to the email address used at checkout. You can download or print your invoice at any time for your records.

If you cannot find your email, our team will be happy to help. Just contact us and we will resend your invoice quickly. This way, you stay in control of your order details while your recipient enjoys a clean and thoughtful gift experience.
