If you have requested Monday delivery, DPD may try to deliver over the weekend to keep on top of parcels. You can control the delivery date once you have received your 1-hour time slot.

Specialist Bonsai Packaging
Every bonsai we send is a living tree. That’s why we take packaging just as seriously as growing our bonsai.
We designed our bespoke, state-of-the-art packaging exclusively for Bonsai Direct. Every bonsai travels in one of our custom-made boxes, which support the tree, protect the pot and reduce movement during transit. Each box also features the Bonsai Direct logo and clear ‘Fragile’ markings.
Over the years, we’ve shipped thousands of bonsai across the UK. During that time, we’ve found that couriers handle our branded boxes with greater care. When they recognise they are carrying a delicate, living bonsai tree, they treat the parcel accordingly. As a result, more trees arrive in excellent condition.
Before we dispatch your order, our experienced team carefully secures your bonsai inside its box. We check every tree to make sure it is ready for its journey. Then we pack it using the same proven method we use for every order.
Our priority is simple. We want your bonsai to arrive looking as healthy and beautiful as it did when it left our nursery.
Because our specialist packaging plays such an important role, we cannot offer plain or unbranded boxes. Our packaging protects your bonsai and helps ensure it arrives safely.
