99% of orders arrive on the selected date. If you need help with a delivery, please call DPD:

If you have requested Monday delivery, DPD may try to deliver over the weekend to keep on top of parcels. You can control the delivery date once you have received your 1-hour time slot.

I need to amend my order.
After an order is placed, we cannot usually amend your order. This is because our system is completely automated. However, we understand that, under certain unusual circumstances, you may need to change some details. If you do need any details changing, please let us know as soon as possible.
Please Note: We regret that we are unable to change details once your order has been shipped. The earlier you let us know, the more chance we have to help! However, you are often able to change details on DPD’s system through the notifications sent to you by DPD.
