One of my items is damaged. What can I do?
We are so sorry if one of your items has arrived damaged. Please send us a photo, along with you order number, within 24 hours of delivery. This is to allow us to meet courier services Terms and Conditions. We will do our best to replace any item that has been delivered damaged.
Sometimes we might be out of stock of an item that has arrived damaged. In this case, we will be happy to offer you an alternative or a refund for this item.
If the broken item is a bonsai, please let us know as soon as possible! We regret that after 24 hours, we will no longer be able to refund or replace a damaged bonsai. This is because they are living plants and are perishable.
Why do we need to know of damaged items within 24 hours?
To allow us to assess and aid affected bonsai, the quicker you get in touch with us, the sooner we can help you and the bonsai, and this also allows us to meet our courier’s Terms and Conditions.

We regret that we are unable to refund or exchange any bonsai after 7 days of delivery. This is because they are live plants and we find that after this time they have been out of our care for too long. However, we are always here to help, so contact us and send a photo using the button below. Thank you for your understanding.
