99% of orders arrive on the selected date. If you need help with a delivery, please call DPD:

If you have requested Monday delivery, DPD may try to deliver over the weekend to keep on top of parcels. You can control the delivery date once you have received your 1-hour time slot.

Something Else

One of my items is damaged. What can I do?

We are so sorry if one of your items has arrived damaged. Please send us a photo, along with you order number, within 24 hours of delivery. This is to allow us to meet courier services Terms and Conditions. We will do our best to replace any item that has been delivered damaged.

Sometimes we might be out of stock of an item that has arrived damaged. In this case, we will be happy to offer you an alternative or a refund for this item.

If the broken item is a bonsai, please let us know as soon as possible! We regret that after 24 hours, we will no longer be able to refund or replace a damaged bonsai. This is because they are living plants and are perishable.

Please note, our generic range bonsai are potted in “standard range” pots. These are a budget friendly pot, allowing us to keep the prices low and offer you lovely bonsai at an affordable cost. Each pot is handmade and hand glazed, therefore at times they do contain small blemishes or slightly wobble. We check all of our pots on dispatch to ensure they are not integrally damaged, but we regret that we cannot replace any pots with small imperfections.

Why do we need to know of damaged items within 24 hours?

To allow us to assess and aid affected bonsai, the quicker you get in touch with us, the sooner we can help you and the bonsai, and this also allows us to meet our courier’s Terms and Conditions.
