If you have requested Monday delivery, DPD may try to deliver over the weekend to keep on top of parcels. You can control the delivery date once you have received your 1-hour time slot.

Will the bonsai come in a pot?

The word ‘bonsai’ can be literally translated into ‘potted tree’. Therefore, you can’t have a bonsai without a pot. So all of our bonsai are potted into the pot (or similar) that the bonsai is photographed in.

Please note that not all of our bonsai come with a drip tray. Check the product description carefully to check what is included.

Our Premium range indoor bonsai come in different coloured, higher quality pots. This range also comes with the drip tray.

Our generic range bonsai are potted in “standard range” pots. These are a budget friendly pot, allowing us to keep the prices low and offer you lovely bonsai at an affordable cost. Each pot is handmade and hand glazed, therefore at times they do contain small blemishes or slightly wobble. We check all of our pots on dispatch to ensure they are not integrally damaged. However, we regret that we cannot replace any pots with small imperfections.

Premium Quality Bonsai Pots

If you wish to change your bonsai pot, we offer a wide range of glazed ceramic pots. All pots over £25 come with a free repotting kit, including wire, mesh, soil, a chopstick, and a repotting guide. You can also watch out repotting video for more information. Indoor bonsai can be repotted at any time of the year. Outdoor bonsai should only be repotted during the dormant period (winter) – February is often the best time for repotting.
