If you have requested Monday delivery, DPD may try to deliver over the weekend to keep on top of parcels. You can control the delivery date once you have received your 1-hour time slot.

An item is missing from my order?
Oh no! We’re so sorry if we have forgotten items. Please take everything out of the box and compare the items inside with your order confirmation. If you have ordered two bonsai, please ensure that they aren’t both in the box (we like to keep the bonsai together if possible, to ensure they arrive safely together).
If you believe you are missing a drip tray, please double check the product to ensure that it includes a tray. Some of our bonsai do not include a drip tray, as a lot of people have trays that they would like to use, so we do sell some bonsai without the trays. It is made clear in the product description if the bonsai does not include a drip tray.
Once you have checked all of the packaging, please get in contact with us. So we can help you as quickly as possible , please tell us your order number and exactly what is missing within 7 days of receiving your order.
